LPC SPC Workgroups
After LPC SPC developed a strategic plan, the coalition needed a structure that would allow for workplan development and strategy implementation. This resulted in the continuation of one pre-existing workgroup and the launch of four new workgroup— each tasked with implementing a given strategy aimed towards established focused populations.
LPC SPC work groups are responsible for the direct work of strategy implementation. They have the creative autonomy to decide how to implement each strategy and appropriately reach focused populations. Work groups do so through the development and maintenance of a workplan which includes specific implementation steps (how they will do the work) and metrics (how they will show progress).
While each work group is responsible for implementing a strategy, our whole LPC SPC meeting space and communication channels ensure work is not siloed.
